Hey, hey, y’all! My journey began long before certifications and titles — it began with a deeply intimate calling from God to serve, listen, + support. So here I am, walking in that purpose as a doula + nurturer of families!
Wondering whoooo I am?! I’m LaTosha — a daughter of God, a wife, a mother, a baby sister, an auntie, + a friend. As a human (LOL), I understand firsthand the beauty + the challenges that come with nurturing both home + heart. Along with my lived experiences, my blended background in Child + Adolescent Development along with my work as a Certified Lactation Educator (CLE), have shaped the compassionate, authentic, + faith-centered care that truly defines Heartfelt Connections.
Heartfelt Connections is a budding + sacred village devoted to enriching, empowering, and nurturing families through every stage of their perinatal + family wellness journey. This isn’t just a service — it’s a movement, a living reminder to stay grounded in faith, grace, + community.
We are rooted in our R.E.S.T. pillars — Restoration, EduPowerment, Serenity, + Trust. My mission is to walk alongside families as we cultivate intentional, culturally affirming spaces of care — through perinatal support, fatherhood engagement, therapy navigation, sisterhood collaborations, and our growing respite care and wellness initiatives throughout the South Bay (SPA 8) community of Los Angeles County.
